This Privacy Policy describes how Bluumly, Inc. (collectively, “Bluumly,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you. The information we collect from you varies depending on the way you use our Services.  When you provide your contact information as a listener to a podcast (“Consumer”), the information we collect and use is different from the information we collect if you become a Bluumly podcaster or content creator using our services (“Digital Creator”) and purchase and/or license one of our services.  Below, we describe the different ways we might collect information from you.

Additionally, if you create or log into your Bluumly account through a third-party platform (such as Facebook, Google and LinkedIn), we will have access to certain information from that platform, such as your name, birthday, and profile picture, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such platform.

Bluumly’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we collect. For example, we may make inferences about your approximate location based on your IP address or infer that you are looking to purchase certain products based on your browsing behavior and past purchases.

If you are a Digital Creator, we collect certain personal information from you and/or your authorized users of our services in order to facilitate our business relationship with you and provide you our products and services (collectively, “Digital Creator Information”).  

Digital Creator Information we may collect from you and/or your authorized users includes: name, business name, business phone number, job title, email address associated with your business, postal and billing address, and credit card or payment information. 

We also collect information a Digital Creator chooses to provide or requests that we collect on its behalf relating to its audience members or individuals that it serves (collectively, “Listener”).  Digital Creators must provide their Listeners any required notices and collect any necessary consents before collecting or disclosing any such information (collectively “Listener Information”) to us. Digital Creators determine what Listener Information they collect from their Listeners, and to the extent Bluumly receives that information, we do so on behalf of our Digital Creators.  In some instances, Bluumly may collect information from its Consumers in conjunction with or at the same time that it collects the same or similar information from Listeners on behalf of Digital Creators.  This Privacy Policy applies as described to Consumers and the Digital Creators’ privacy policy will apply to their Listener Information.

You may opt out of receiving commercial email and any other promotional communications (e.g., by postal mail) from Bluumly by following the instructions in those communications or by sending your request to us by email at privacy@Bluumly.com. Additionally, if we offer user account functionality on the Services, we may allow you to view and modify settings relating to the nature and frequency of promotional communications that you receive from us. 

If you opt out, we may still send you administrative, non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
